• He has been in leadership roles in Bank bazaar, Accenture, Citibank and KPMG.
• He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Vivifi India Finance Private Limited.

Founder and Managing Partner of Hema Yashwanth & Associates, he has established strong goals for the firm and leads the firm from the front. He has a diversified experience of working with Corporate and Non-Corporate entities. Prior to Practice, he was heading the Accounts & Audit Team of a Public Limited Company. His rich corporate experience had enabled seamless handling of the management of the organization. His experience of working with Diary Manufacturing Company adds great benefit to his practice. He has enormous practical exposure of Indirect Taxation (GST) and Auditing of Corporate Clients. He provides valuable insights into how companies can grow, diversify, and prosper to maximize their shareholder’s wealth.

HEMA YASHWANTH JAIN, B.B.A, A.C.A is the Founder partner and first-generation chartered Accountant who established the firm with the objective of providing Professional Services to Clients at utmost satisfaction. She conducts training sessions for members in our office for their professional and overall development. She has led the Direct tax team of a reputed mid-sized firm during her post qualification experience before establishing the firm which has created strong base in Taxation. She also advises clients on Tax Planning and provides Financial Accounting Support.

RESHMA I JAIN, B.COM, A.C.A is a Young Chartered Accountant possessing excellent technical skills and has a very enthusiastic approach towards keeping herself abreast of latest updates and technology. Her core areas of expertise include Tax Planning & Compliance services, Corporate Law Advisory services, Company Incorporations, XBRL, Auditing and Assurance services. Her wide range of services also encompasses Internal Control Financial Reporting, Budget and Forecasting, Bank Statutory and Concurrent Audit and Internal Audit.
